MSB Technology The Pro Sub Isolator Will Ensure the Correct Connection of the Subwoofer

14.07.2025 04:43 | ~1 minute read

The company MSB Technology presented a very interesting solution to the eternal problem that arises after the introduction of an active subwoofer into the path - interference from the power amplifiers built into the bass modules can degrade the signal quality, transmitting noise back into the signal lines. The MSB Technology The Pro Sub Isolator is designed to correct this drawback.

MSB Technology The Pro Sub Isolator is connected to the output of the power amplifier, where the influence of interference is minimal. As soon as the sensitive signal from the preamplifier passes through the power amplifier, it becomes "rough" enough to ignore the feedback created by the amplifiers in active subwoofers. The new product reduces the already amplified signal to the desired level using an audiophile transformer that isolates the incoming circuit.

The Pro Sub Isolator input is a pair of speaker terminals that can be connected using "bananas" or "spade" directly from the speaker systems or the output of the power amplifier. The Pro Sub Isolator from MSB Technology uses minimal signal power, so thin gauge speaker wires can be used instead of thick speaker cables.
