Meze has introduced new wired open headphones Meze 105 Silva, the development of the Meze 105 headphone line. The design of the Meze 105 Silva uses dynamic drivers with a dome made of cellulose composite and a titanium coating along the edge with a diameter of 50 mm. To increase the rigidity of the membrane, a titanium ring and a stabilizer made of copper-zinc alloy are used, which improves the response to transient processes.

According to the manufacturer, the sound of the Meze 105 Silva headphones combines the technical precision of the Meze 109 PRO model ($799) with the warmth and versatility of the Meze 105 AER headphones ($399). The cups of the on-ear Meze 105 Silva headphones are made of walnut wood reinforced with high-strength polymer. Meze emphasizes that the headphones are designed with durability in mind: all components can be disassembled and replaced in case of wear or damage. The recommended retail price and full performance characteristics will be announced later.
