The German Physiks Emperor Preamplifier is a reference preamplifier equipped with three balanced and three RCA inputs. The model is based on a fully balanced circuit and guarantees the widest bandwidth from 0.5 to 95,000 Hz with a minimum noise level of 0.001%.
High-voltage power buses guarantee a wide dynamic range. The volume control is based on a balanced relay-switched resistive matrix, which allows for adjustment with an accurate channel balance. In addition, this solution provides a constant input and output resistance of the volume control, which prevents changes in sound quality at different gain levels, typical of simpler circuits.
The element base of the German Physiks Emperor Preamplifier uses audiophile components, used in the mode of minimizing the limits of use - this achieves a truly "cold" operation, which, together with the new ventilation system, promises a very long service life of the device.
