KECES Ephono+ - Phono Stage with External Power Supply

Keces Audio has unveiled the Ephono+, a new phono preamplifier offering extensive adjustment capabilities, an external power supply, and support for MM, MC, and DS Audio optical cartridges - making it a truly universal phono stage.

The Ephono+ is built on principles of maximum signal path isolation from potential interference sources. This is why Keces implemented an external linear power supply. Separating power and audio circuits aims not only to minimize noise but also to provide mechanical decoupling, as transformers and power circuits shouldn't influence the delicate phonographic signal structure. Robust enclosures, quality connectors, and reliable construction underscore this approach. The power supply features overheating and overload protection.

MM and MC cartridge parameters can be precisely adjusted for gain and impedance. Additionally, Keces Audio has integrated a complete correction block for DS Audio optical cartridges, making the device a universal command center in the vinyl world. The Ephono+ includes a subsonic filter to minimize low-frequency interference from warped records or turntable resonances. Both RCA and XLR connectors enable use in both classic single-ended and modern balanced systems. The Keces Audio Ephono+ will retail for €1,200.
