European Audio Team (EAT) has released a new EAT F-Dur turntable, which is in many ways an upgrade of the well-known Forte S model. The new turntable weighs a solid 44 kg and sports aluminum anti-vibration supports with TPE damping.
The EAT F-Dur support platter is made of aluminum using a CNC milling method and is also equipped with TPE damping, so the resonance suppression system works literally from both sides. In addition, the displacement of the moment of inertia to the edges due to the large diameter with a small thickness of the disc minimizes wow and flutter.
EAT F-Dur uses an inverted bearing with magnetic balance and a ceramic sphere with high hardness. The drive system uses a pair of AC motors, which are controlled by a high-precision generator system that creates an absolutely pure sine wave. The torque between the motors and the platter is transmitted via a specially designed belt with carbon fiber, which conducts the electric charge and effectively eliminates static electricity.
The turntable comes complete with the proprietary EAT F-Note tonearm with a gimbal suspension with four precision bearings. All important tonearm parameters such as VTA (vertical tracking angle), VTF (downforce) and azimuth can be adjusted without tools, and a built-in laser is also available for precise adjustment. The cartridge is not included in the delivery, but you will also find a leather mat in the box.
The retail price of the EAT F-Dur turntable is 6,490 euros.

Moondrop has released the Moondrop Horizon headphones – the new product is equipped (unlike previous planar models) with a dynamic ULT driver with a diameter of 50 mm, an inclined system arrangement and a dual-magnet design.
Moondrop has introduced new isodynamic headphones Moondrop Para 2. The use of a very large isodynamic driver with a diameter of 100 mm with FDT (Full-Drive Technology) and an ultra-thin 1.2 µm membrane etched from pure silver allowed to create a very impressive model.
Music First Audio has introduced the new Music First Audio LP 103 LCR phonostage – a highly flexible model, ideal for working with both moving magnet (MM) and moving coil (MC) cartridges.
For its 30th anniversary, AVID has released a new turntable, the AVID Relveo – the device sports a new conical suspension system for better vibration suppression and a dual-belt drive.
The company MSB Technology presented a very interesting solution to the eternal problem that arises after the introduction of an active subwoofer into the path - interference from the power amplifiers built into the bass modules can degrade the signal quality, transmitting noise back into the signal lines. The MSB Technology The Pro Sub Isolator is designed to correct this drawback.
