German company Thorens has offered a plug-n-play version of its famous TD1600 turntable - equipped with everything you need for immediate use. The Thorens Super Bundle is based on the Thorens TD1600 turntable, which implements the concept of the early Thorens 160 series models with a sub-chassis with three conical springs. The platter is driven by a belt, and the drive is equipped with an electronic motor control system. In addition to the unbalanced output on RCA connectors, a balanced output on XLR connectors is also offered.
In the Thorens Super Bundle, the Thonres TD1600 turntable is equipped with a Thorens TP92 tonearm with a factory-installed Thorens TAS1600 MC moving coil (MC) pickup cartridge.
For better decoupling from the surface, the Thorens Super Bundle includes the Thorens TAB1600 vibration isolation platform.
The Thorens Super Bundle also includes a Thorens PhonoConnect phono cable for connecting the turntable to the phono preamplifier, an acrylic dust cover, and a goat hair dust brush. The recommended retail price of the Thorens Super Bundle in Europe is 3,999 euros.

The all-in-one solution certainly looked brilliant, but High-End fans often prefer component systems. So now the company has introduced the Goldmund Rhea and Theia loudspeakers in a Passive version.
