SOtM company has introduced the SOtM sMS-2000 - the flagship network transport, equipped with audio server functionality. The new device is offered in various configurations, differing in the amount of internal storage.
The SOtM sMS-2000 network transport has absorbed all the advanced technologies developed by the company in recent years, which set new standards in the field of high-quality audio. The built-in tX-USBx10G USB audio host card and sNI-1G Ethernet card represent the culmination of ten years of SOtM development and provide unrivaled sound quality. In addition, a high-quality ATX power supply and ATX power cables designed for the sPM-ATX100 audio system provide exceptional performance.
The SOtM sMS-2000 network transport is based on the sMB-Q370 motherboard. In combination with a high-performance Intel Core i7 processor and DDR4 RAM, it provides the hardware capabilities required for the most resource-intensive audio streaming. In addition, the sMS-2000 transport runs on the proprietary Eunhasu operating system (Linux-based), which supports a range of audio playback programs, including Roon, HQplayer Network Audio Adapter, MPD and DLNA. This OS, specially designed for high-quality audio playback, is free of unnecessary elements for this task and offers unique functions for working with hardware, ensuring unrivaled sound quality.
