Swiss audio manufacturer Revox releases reincarnations of its most famous reel-to-reel tape recorders, for example, the Revox B77 MK III. But today we are in for a truly impressive new product - the company presented the result of cooperation with Alice Cooper himself, the Revox B77 MK III Alice Cooper Edition. The model is released in a limited edition of 25 copies at a price of 27,000 euros.
The reel-to-reel tape recorder comes with the master tape of Cooper's 2018 EP The Sound of A, including the title track and four classic concert compositions: The Black Widow, Public Animal # 9, Is It My Body and Cold Ethyl. Each of the limited edition Alice Cooper machines is hand-signed and numbered by Cooper.
Buyers of the rare tape recorder will also be able to attend meetings with the maestro himself in Munich and New York later this year.
“I know what sound quality is, and that’s why I’m so excited about the limited edition Alice Coopers from Revox,” says Alice Cooper in the introductory video. “This is truly the best way to enjoy real analogue sound.”
The limited edition Revox B77 MK III Alice Cooper Edition reel-to-reel tape recorders are now available to order.
