Japanese company Marantz introduced a new generation of premium stereo components — 10 Series, which includes the network preamplifier LINK 10n. Marantz LINK 10n is a reference-class preamplifier with a built-in network audio player, developed using advanced Marantz technologies that made MODEL 10 and SACD 10. From the triple-layer copper-clad aluminum chassis to the proprietary multi-layer circuit boards, isolated sub-chassis and HDAM modules, the LINK 10n is a product that has absorbed decades of Marantz experience in creating the highest-end audio products. The Marantz Link 10n preamplifier features a fully balanced architecture and features analog and digital inputs, as well as a large, full-color, high-resolution OLED display. HEOS networking platform support provides access to a variety of streaming services and technologies.
Marantz LINK 10n can be used as a network transport to stream high-resolution audio to an external DAC, or you can use the built-in DAC unit, including external digital sources. It can also serve as a full-fledged preamplifier with a built-in Marantz Premium Phono EQ phono stage, supporting both MM and MC cartridges. The Marantz LINK 10n Network Preamplifier features a brushed aluminum front panel, a triple-layer copper-plated chassis, and is available in Marantz Black and Marantz Champagne. It will be available soon for a suggested retail price of $12,000.
