Lampizat0r Pacific 3 is the third version of the famous High End digital-to-analog converter first released in 2016. The new DAC features a number of improvements and offers excellent sound quality.
According to the manufacturer, Lampizat0r Pacific 3 DAC has retained the proven topology based on DHT triodes (user choice includes PX4, 101D, 45, 245, 345, 300B, AD-1) and Engine11-P electronics. However, improvements have been made to the path - so now, according to the company, we have “perfection” in front of us.
Visually, Lampizat0r Pacific 3 DAC resembles Poseidon, Neptune and Horizon DACs, since the company is also engaged in a program of visual unification of its devices. The changes also affected the circuitry - now the single-ended-only version is no longer in the range, and there is also no modification without the remote control, volume control, and display. All devices offered for sale are only balanced and loaded with all functionality.
Also, gold plating finish is excluded from the range - only one color option “Duracell” is offered (black body and copper top plate).

The new Nagaoka MP-700 cartridge tops the Moving Permalloy (MP) series and will be available in the standard MP-700 and premium MP-700H versions. Compared to conventional moving magnet (MM) cartridges, the Moving Permalloy (MP) variant features a lighter permalloy magnet attached to the cantilever.
Sennheiser has introduced the Sennheiser ACCENTUM Open TWS headphones – the model, designed in a stylish compact design, promises, according to the manufacturer, exceptional comfort during use and a secure fit.
The Ranieri Audio Labs Varieta preamplifier has been released – the model uses directly heated triodes and allows for a wide range of tubes (300B, 2A3/6A3, 12A/201A, 26, 30, 31, 45, 50, 71A, 801A/10Y, 275A/252A, 245 and 842/VT52 will do). Simply ideal for those wishing to experiment with tube rolling.
Accuphase has introduced the Accuphase C-57 phono preamplifier, based on a fully balanced circuit design from output to input with dual mono topology. The Accuphase C-57 also uses a two-stage solution: the first stage is the output stage to ensure matching with MM and MC cartridges, the second stage is the correction amplifier itself.
Last year, Goldmund launched the impressive Goldmund Rhea and Theia acoustics in active versions with a wireless streamer. The all-in-one solution certainly looked brilliant, but High-End fans often prefer component systems. So now the company has introduced the Goldmund Rhea and Theia loudspeakers in a Passive version.
