Klipsch KLIPSCHORN are one of the most "long-lived" speaker systems on the modern market - they have been made for more than 75 years. Well, let's meet the new version of the legendary speakers - Klipsch KLIPSCHORN AK7.
The Klipsch KLIPSCHORN AK7s are now upgradeable with an external Heritage Active Crossover, which was tuned specifically for KLIPSCHORN PWK protégé Roy Delgado. This approach equalizes time and phase and offers a flat frequency response.
The Klipsch KLIPSCHORN AK7 use a K-771 compression tweeter with extended phase plug on a K-792 horn. A completely new and more powerful large-sized (3") K-1133-HP compression driver on a K-406 horn is responsible for the middle frequencies - its size is a full inch larger than the company's previous models. Finally, the bass is provided by a 15" K-33-E woofer in a fully horn loaded system.
Klipsch KLIPSCHORN AK7 work in the frequency range from 34 to 19,000 Hz with a sensitivity of 103 dB and develop a maximum sound pressure of 120 dB. The cost of the speakers is $17,998. USA / EUR 25,998 per pair.
