14.05.2025 08:56 | ~1 minute read

The Danish company Gryphon Audio is releasing the fifth generation of the iconic Antileon power amplifier – Antileon Revelation. The announcement was prepared for two anniversaries of the company - the 30th anniversary of the Antileon amplifier line and the 40th anniversary of the Gryphon company itself.

Keeping the signature concept of dual mono and pure class A, as in previous Antileon models, the Gryphon Audio Antileon Revelation amplifier provides high output power and stability even with the most complex acoustic systems. The device will be released in two versions - Stereo with a power of 2 x 165 W and Mono with a power of 1 x 180 W.

The chassis design is inherited from the Gryphon Antileon EVO model with minor upgrades. The heart of the system is 40 bipolar output transistors Toshiba (as in the Gryphon Apex amplifier). The power supply filter capacitors total 670,000 µF (335,000 µF per channel). Two toroidal power transformers rated at 1,150 VA each and a separate power supply for the digital control system are the icing on the cake.

The Gryphon Antileon Revelation power amplifier will retail for €38,800 / $45,500, and will be available from August 2025.
