The MSB Discrete DAC modular multi-bit digital-to-analog converter provides the highest quality playback of CD, audio files and DSD streams thanks to universal hybrid R-2R arrays with ultra-precise resistors, resolution depth (32 bits) and high clock frequency (3072 kHz).

Unlike most DACs from other manufacturers, the MSB Premier DAC can play DSD streams both in native form (while the hybrid volume control function is disabled), and after converting DSD to PCM, the DSD playback method is selected in the menu. This is an important advantage of MSB models, because in the process of converting DSD to PCM, certain advantages of DSD are eliminated.

The main feature of the device is its three—block design, which includes digital cascades with outputs, an analog path with outputs, and a power supply unit. All components are located in different buildings. Thus, their negative influence on each other is practically eliminated. Communication between the enclosures is provided using the Cascade Link optical interface.

The S202 stereo amplifier embodies the solutions on the basis of which the S500 stereo amplifier was created, but in a more compact form factor. MSB has managed to create an amplifier that transmits an accurate and truthful picture of sound with all harmonic components, having one of the models of MSB digital-to-analog converters in front of it as a source.

The model is ideally suited for reference DACs. Each unit received its own high-current toroidal transformer. They make almost the entire mass of the monoblock — 41 kilograms. The input and output are based on balanced schemes. The entrance works in class A, the exit in AB. The company said that the new M205 circuit has zero negative feedback.

The amplifier has a fully modular design. Radiators are made from solid pieces of aluminum, the thickness of the fins varies to smooth out mechanical resonances. Several grounding options for the circuit and housing allow you to avoid the occurrence of network loops and ground wire leads in a particular system.

MSB Technology has introduced the Pro Sub Isolator, a distinctive feature of which is that it is connected to the output of the power amplifier, where the influence of interference is minimal. Once the sensitive signal from the preamplifier passes through the power amplifier, it is “rough” enough to ignore the feedback created by the amplifiers in active subwoofers. The new product reduces the already amplified signal to the required level using an audiophile transformer that isolates the incoming circuit.
