The Serbian company Soulines will present the Soulines tt23 vinyl turntable at the Bristol HiFi Show 2026. The dimensions and shape of the base of the Soulines tt23 have been optimized using the golden ratio and the Fibonacci sequence to provide uniform vibration damping and reduce the moment of inertia in all three planes relative to the center of gravity.
The number 23 in the model name was not chosen by accident. Soulines explains: “In addition to its personal meaning for us, the number 23 has symbolic value in various contexts, including mathematics (unique properties of the number 23), human biology (23 pairs of chromosomes), religion (Psalm 23), as well as numerology and astrology (the angel number and the number of creativity). All these properties of the number 23 almost perfectly match the design principles and performance of the Soulines tt23 turntable.”

The Soulines tt23 vinyl turntable is made of cast acrylic, Delrin (POM – an engineering plastic) and aluminum, resulting in a light but very rigid construction designed to prevent the accumulation of harmful resonant energy inside the turntable. The idea is that, without excessive mass where resonances can build up, they are almost completely dissipated out of the chassis.
The cast-acrylic platter of the Soulines tt23 is 40 mm thick and weighs 3.5 kg. In combination with the advanced main bearing it provides smooth rotation and vibration-free, low-noise operation. A 1.0 mm recess for the record label is machined into the top surface so the record lies perfectly flat. A Soulines TT Clamp record clamp is included for additional stabilization.

The advanced main bearing system and the massive aluminum tonearm board are mounted directly to the lower aluminum plate, which in turn is attached to the main plate via three-point couplings using rubber rings of different thickness and diameter. The motor unit, made of Delrin (POM), is rigidly mounted to the main plate.
The inverted main bearing system features a stainless-steel upper outer ring, a brass spindle sleeve and a stainless-steel spindle, and uses a Delrin thrust bearing. The auxiliary base plate is made of Delrin (POM plastic) and is rigidly connected to the main bearing.

The belt-drive system uses a high-quality DC motor also found in other top Soulines models. Electronic control provides easy operation and precise speed adjustment. Speed selection and start/stop functions are operated by two switches – the power switch and the 33⅓ / 45 rpm selector. The turntable comes with a pre-installed Soulines KiVi M3 tonearm with a standard 5-pin DIN connector underneath.
Included with the Soulines tt23 turntable are the Soulines SA acrylic dust cover, the aforementioned tt Clamp and a cartridge alignment protractor printed on 300 g/m² paper with Baerwald, Loefgren and Stevenson geometry options. The turntable measures 440 × 180 × 355 mm (W × H × D) and weighs 14 kg. The new model will go on sale in spring 2026. In the United Kingdom, the Soulines tt23 will retail for £5,290.
