Sonoro has released bookshelf loudspeakers – the second generation of the famous model is called Sonoro Orchestra Slim Gen.2. The manufacturer claims the ideal partnership of the speakers with the proprietary Sonoro Maestro Smart receiver, as well as any third-party amplification.
The size of one Orchestra Slim Gen.2 speaker is 260 x 180 x 326 mm, weight – 6.9 kg, while with such compact dimensions an impressive frequency response from 45 Hz to 32000 Hz (with an error of 6 dB) is achieved. The sensitivity is 86 dB with a resistance of 4 Ohms, so the speakers can be quite greedy for current. The manufacturer recommends using an amplifier with a power of at least 50 W
Sonoro Orchestra Slim Gen.2 uses an AMT (Air Motion Transformer) tweeter and a 5.25” midrange/low frequency driver with a diffuser made of paper and bamboo reinforced with Kevlar. The speaker body with rounded corners is made of MDF boards. The Sonoro Orchestra Slim Gen.2 acoustic systems went on sale at a price of 999 euros.
