The new Pass Labs HPA-1c headphone amplifier is introduced. As you can see from the model index, the new product is based on the previously released HPA-1 - and offers accurate volume control, wide bandwidth and a direct coupled MOSFET output stage.
The HPA-1c low feedback wide bandwidth discreet design can reach up to 2 watts of power at 30 ohms load.
Powerful class A amplifier stage be able to drive most complex low impedance planar headphones with impedance of 15 ohms to 600 ohms. The preamplifier section is also on board.
Full specs coming soon, the retail price of Pass Labs HPA-1c suggested is expected to be $4,000.
