Jadis Óde – Hand-built Tube Amplifier

The French company Jadis Electronics has announced a replacement in its lineup for the popular integrated amplifier I35. Its place will be taken by the Jadis Óde model. The output stages of the new amplifier operate in pure Class A and are built around KT88 beam tetrodes, hand-selected by Jadis. The amplifier can also use KT120 tubes.

According to the manufacturer, the Jadis Óde is much more than just a high-quality integrated amplifier. It is nothing less than the purest expression of French craftsmanship. The output stages of the Jadis Óde are based on KT88 tubes, individually selected and tested, operating in a push-pull configuration in pure Class A. The rated output power is 30 watts per channel for loudspeakers with an impedance of 4 to 8 ohms. If necessary, the KT88 tubes can be replaced with KT120 tubes.

The amplifier’s connectivity includes five line-level inputs on RCA connectors. A bypass output is also provided. Gold-plated speaker terminals are used for loudspeaker connections. Volume control is available via remote control. The manufacturer emphasizes the amplifier’s hand assembly in France, the use of the highest quality components, and meticulous manual craftsmanship.
