Amadana has introduced the Amadana CP10, a portable compact cassette player with a minimalist design. The device uses mechanical controls and is aimed at people who want the distinctive sound of cassette tapes without carrying bulky audio equipment. Wired headphones are included in the package. The price looks affordable - 16,500 yen (or approximately $104).
The CP10 features a semi-transparent panel on its case - it lets users watch the mechanism of compact cassette while music is playing. And one more thing - the player also uses mechanical main controls with a noticeable click when its pressed (this is designed to make the device feel more tactile and enjoyable to use).
The Amadana CP10 uses a 3.7 V 1,600 mAh accumulator and a USB Type-C port. A single charge provides more than 5 hours of continuous playback. Standard power adapter or a power bank of any type is ready ti use with Amadana CP10.
The package includes a carrying strap and wired lightweight headphones designed specifically for the Amadana CP10. The compact case design is intended for everyday use during walks, trips, and other activities. Sales of the Amadana CP10 already started.
