Cambridge Audio has released an improved version of its famous network integrated amplifier – this month the Cambridge Audio EVO 150 SE will go on sale. The device uses Class D amplification based on NCOREx “Tuned by Cambridge” modules and delivers 2 x 150 watts to 8 ohm speakers. The amplifier is equipped with a built-in digital-to-analog converter based on the advanced ESS Technology Sabre ES9018K2M chip
The Cambridge Audio EXA100 amplifier features rich switching capabilities. Analog switching is represented by both a balanced input on XLR connectors and an unbalanced input on RCA. Like almost any modern amplifier, the Cambridge Audio EXA100 is equipped with digital inputs, including HDMI eARC for TV integration, USB Audio, optical and coaxial S/PDIF ports.
The Cambridge Audio Edge A full amplifier belongs to the new flagship Edge line, released on the occasion of the company's 50th anniversary. The series is named after one of the founding fathers of Cambridge Audio, Gordon Edge.
The Cambridge Audio CXA 61 integrated amplifier is made in a metal case with an aluminum front panel of considerable thickness. In its center there is a control and display unit, and the handle on the right is designed to perform several functions. In addition to the large volume control knob based on the Alps variable resistor, there are also miniature controls for stereo balance and timbre in the low and high frequencies. On the opposite side of the front panel there is a headphone jack and an additional input for portable sources on the mini-jack connector. The amplifier is equipped with a remote control.
Cambridge Audio CXA81 MKII is an integrated amplifier. The CXA81 Mk II builds on the success of its award-winning predecessors.
