Japanese brand Accuphase has introduced the Accuphase C-3900S preamplifier, further advancing the company’s proprietary AAVA technology in an even more refined form. Alongside uncompromising balanced circuitry, the main focus is on practical integration into complex High End systems. A wide range of connectors and extensive adjustment options underline the unit’s role as a central control hub for demanding stereo setups.

Accuphase has introduced the Accuphase C-57 phono preamplifier, based on a fully balanced circuit design from output to input with dual mono topology. The Accuphase C-57 also uses a two-stage solution: the first stage is the output stage to ensure matching with MM and MC cartridges, the second stage is the correction amplifier itself.

The current feedback amplification topology and powerful power supply of the new Accuphase A-48S amplifier provides a large reserve and stable output in pure Class A. For a load with an impedance of 8 ohms, 50 watts are available, and halving the load impedance doubles the output power. With a short-term drop in load impedance to 1 ohm, the amplifier is capable of delivering a power of 400 watts.
