German manufacturer Voxativ has announced the Voxativ Streamer, a network audio player designed for high-resolution playback and modern streaming platforms. Developed and manufactured in Germany, the unit is built around two flagship ESS ES9038PRO DAC chips. Each channel is handled by its own converter and dedicated linear power supply, while femtosecond clocking is used for precise timing. After digital-to-analog conversion, the signal passes through a fully balanced analog stage.

The Voxativ Streamer supports PCM playback at resolutions up to 32-bit/768 kHz as well as DSD, although the maximum supported DSD rate has not yet been disclosed. The manufacturer has also yet to publish a complete list of compatible file formats, network protocols, external storage options, and physical inputs and outputs, making it difficult to assess the player’s full functionality at this stage.

On the network side, the player is Roon Ready certified, allowing it to operate as a network endpoint within the Roon ecosystem. It also supports AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, and TIDAL Connect, enabling playback to be controlled directly from the respective service applications. Qobuz compatibility has also been confirmed, although Voxativ has not yet specified how access to the service will be implemented.

Voxativ emphasizes that the player was developed in Germany and is assembled there by hand. The company has not yet announced an exact launch date, pricing, available finishes, or regional availability. For now, the key features of the Voxativ Streamer include a dual-mono architecture based on two ES9038PRO chips, separate power supplies for each channel, a fully balanced analog signal path, PCM support up to 32-bit/768 kHz, and integration with major streaming services.
