Devialet is a French manufacturer of high-end amplification and wireless speakers founded in 2007, building a distinctive reputation for its proprietary ADH (Analog Digital Hybrid) amplification technology and striking, minimalist industrial design that has made the brand as much a design statement as an audio engineering one.
Range & what it's known for
The catalog spans the Expert Pro amplifier series and Phantom wireless speaker range, with Devialet's ADH technology combining a Class A analogue voltage amplifier with a digital current amplifier to deliver very low distortion at compact size, while the spherical, aluminium-clad Phantom speakers have become one of the more visually recognisable wireless speaker designs in the industry, including limited-edition collaborations such as the Roland Garros Exclusive Edition.
Who owns it and where it's made
Devialet remains French-owned, continuing to design its amplification and speaker technology domestically in France, with manufacturing involving both in-house assembly and established international production partnerships for its wireless speaker range.
The lineup in this catalog
Amplifiers and wireless speakers (multiple items across categories). Prices span roughly 1,000 euros for entry-level Phantom speakers to well over 20,000 euros for flagship Expert Pro amplifier systems.
Who it's for
Devialet suits buyers wanting distinctive French engineering and industrial design, appealing to listeners who value the brand's proprietary hybrid amplification technology as much as its striking, design-forward visual identity.
