Description, images, technical data and specifications

The external Imersiv D-1 HDR-A DAC provides 28 bits of real dynamic range. Modern single-channel DA converters rarely claim even 21 bits — but this is misleading. Single-path DACs have severe waveform distortion at low volume levels and in practice provide much less than 21 bits of measurable pure information.
