The AVM MA 6.3 mono amplifier concept is well known for the award-winning "8" power amplifiers. With a high output power of 680 watts per channel, the MA 6.3 features a compact OVATION enclosure equipped with external radiators. The MA 6.3 is designed as a balanced Class A/AB amplifier, which has output stages on MOS-FET transistors. These MOSFET transistors are inherently much faster than bipolar transistors, but they are much more difficult to handle. The speed of this MOS FET-based circuit helps realize an unprecedented level of tonal detail.
All functions of the MA 30.3 are automated (protection circuit, etc.). There are also extensive configuration options with which you can select the activation modes (automatic, trigger, permanent). Using the AIR (AVM Intelligent Remote) function, the output stages of current AVM preamps (e.g. PA 30.3, PA 8.3, etc.) can be switched on and off without the need for a separate trigger cable. The required control signal is simply transmitted via an RCA or XLR cable.
