The power of the new monoblocks is more than 1 kilowatt per channel, and a 1,000 VA toroidal transformer and 40,000 microfarad filter capacitors are installed in the power supply of each amplifier. The upper panel is made of glass and reveals the internal structure of the device to those who wish. A pair of monoblocks weighs 85 kilograms, and 24 manually selected transistors work in the output stage.
All functions of the MA 30.3 are automated (protection circuit, etc.). There are also extensive configuration options with which you can select the activation modes (automatic, trigger, permanent). Using the AIR (AVM Intelligent Remote) function, the output stages of current AVM preamps (e.g. PA 30.3, PA 8.3, etc.) can be switched on and off without the need for a separate trigger cable. The required control signal is simply transmitted via an RCA or XLR cable.
