The QUAD ESL 2912X, 147 cm tall with six panels, is designed for use in larger rooms. The speakers are housed in composite aluminum and steel enclosures and have a dipole configuration with a fixed tilt of 3°.
The QUAD ESL 2812X is 107 cm high and is equipped with four electrostatic panels, making it suitable for medium-sized rooms.
The older Elegant 2 received a three-way design with two 165 mm bass speakers, a separate 125 mm midrange radiator and the same 25 mm tweeter. The lower limit of the reproducible frequencies reaches 32 Hz (-6 dB), which allows you to count on deeper bass without using a subwoofer.
