The Node Audio Atom series acoustics are designed and manufactured in Cambridge (UK) and are offered in a range of exquisite finishes that blend harmoniously with modern interiors. The housings are lined with custom-made multilayer acoustic material for excellent vibration control, and the structural power elements are milled from a solid aluminum billet and polished to an impeccable decorative level.
The speakers use Node Audio's patented Helical Transmission Line (HTL) system, which provides bass range expansion beyond what is expected for speakers of this size. HTL directs sound waves from a speaker with a long-stroke diffuser into the central chamber, forming a spiral channel that amplifies low frequencies.
