The Luxman B-100 CENTENNIAL amplifier provides 125 watts of power when operating on a load with a nominal resistance of 8 ohms and 250 watts at 4 ohms. The amplifier outputs the first 25 watts at 8 ohms in pure Class A, after which it switches to Class A/B mode. During short-term operation with a load of 1 Ohm, the claimed peak power of the monoblock reaches 1 kW, which emphasizes the high current output of the device.
