SIT-4
Power amplifiers stereo
The power of the SIT-4 amplifier is 10 W per channel when operating with a load with a nominal resistance of 8 Ω and a harmonic distortion coefficient of 2%. At a power of 1 W, the manufacturer indicates a THD level of about 0.6%.
SIT-5
Power amplifiers mono
The First Watt SIT-5 monoblock uses the same type of output transistor, but it is configured in a Common-Drain circuit, i.e., effectively in the source follower mode. A complementary push‑pull voltage amplification stage operates before it, while the output section remains predominantly single‑ended and operates in class A without negative feedback.v
