The main driver is equipped with an Isomatic Matrix composite braided fiber diffuser, as well as a wide and long sound coil. The bands are matched using the DRIM proprietary separation filter, which includes only selected components – polypropylene capacitors and coils with an air core from the company.
The driver set includes the main Isotactic Matrix midrange/woofer driver with a diameter of 160 mm, loaded onto a phase inverter, the tube of which is mounted on the back wall, and a 26 mm ring tweeter with a soft dome is responsible for high frequencies. The band separation is assigned to the DRIM branded crossover, the frequency of the section is set to 3500 Hz.
The driver Ring Radiator of this model carefully treats the high-frequency register of the sound pattern, and two midbase 165 mm drivers are responsible for the woofer / midrange range, which allows the system to be used in more spacious rooms than the younger models.
The exquisite Apertura Armonia Evolution will perfectly fit into any interior, from classic to modern. The Apertura Armonia Evolution has a frequency response from 37 to 30,000 Hz with an error of 3 dB. The speaker sensitivity is 87 dB, the resistance is 8 ohms, and the acoustic design is a bass reflex.
Like all Apertura speakers, Forté is equipped with a passive crossover using the patented "DRIM" technology. This type of crossover uses three types of filters – with attenuation of 6, 12 and 24 dB per octave. Phase matching is ensured over the entire operating range, as well as minimization of intermodulation distortion.
The acoustics configuration consists of a two-lane structure. The midrange/woofer driver has a diffuser made of polypropylene and has a braided shape. Polypropylene fibers are woven like fabric, similar to carbon fiber and Kevlar diffusers. The drivers are connected inside the acoustics with a silver-plated oxygen-free copper cable in Teflon insulation.
The Adamante acoustic load principle is similar to that used in Onira and Enigma. This is a hybrid load that mixes an acoustic line and a bass reflex. Due to the large diameter of the port located under the speaker, airflow noise is reduced, interaction with the room is improved and non-linearity is reduced.
The completely new filters use high-end capacitors. Thanks to the woofer design, which is a hybrid of a transmission line and a phase inverter, the lower limit of the frequency range has been reduced. The sensitivity of the Apertura Audio Enigma MkII is the same as that of the previous generation Enigma: 94 dB.
