The streamer is based on the same basic circuitry, the same DAC and the same format as the flagship A30, but lacks the functionality of a CD ripper and metadata editing software, and headphones can be connected to it using a standard 6.35mm jack. Due to this, the A20 will be of interest to those music lovers who have already digitized their collection and are now looking for a high-performance server, streamer, preamp, DAC and headphone amplifier.
