The brain center of the Copland DA215 preamp/DAC is an ES9018 Reference 32-bit DAC converter in a dual mono configuration, which improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the resulting analog signal. The Danish device has an asynchronous USB input, three digital S/PDIF inputs, an analog input and two analog outputs — fixed and adjustable.
