The Canton Smart GLE 3 S2 is capable of operating like conventional active monitors if an analog signal is applied from a preamp or a source with an adjustable output (RCA and XLR inputs are provided for each speaker). It is also possible to connect via digital coaxial or optical inputs. In this case, the cables will no longer have to be pulled to each speaker. The wireless connection is provided via Bluetooth.
