The case is finished with natural Sunburst veneer, reminiscent of the legendary Gibson Les Paul electric guitars. The selection of wood and its processing were entrusted to the Japanese company Fujigen, engaged in the production of musical instruments. As in other expensive models, the Audio-Technica ATH-WP900 has 53 mm diameter membranes coated with a layer of amorphous carbon.
