The central element of the ADMD Syntra audio system is the ADMD Audio Line DAC. It uses a fully discrete R-2R ladder conversion architecture that works without oversampling and digital filtering. ADMD claims that this approach is designed to provide an "analog" sound. The DAC uses a high-precision clock generator and selected components.
