NAD has expanded its Classic series with the new C 359S integrated amplifier, combining traditional Class AB circuitry with modern network music streaming capabilities. After several years of actively developing Class D amplification, the manufacturer has returned to a more conventional architecture, enhancing it with the latest technological solutions. In particular, the amplifier features redesigned amplification stages and a low-noise switching power supply designed to ensure stable performance under various loads. The NAD C 359S delivers 70 watts per channel into 8 ohms, increasing to 120 watts into 4 ohms.

NAD has introduced the new C 589 CD player, expanding its Classic series. The model is aimed at fans of physical music media and combines traditional compact disc playback with modern digital processing developed by MQA Labs.

Part I of this guide is available at this link. In this second half, we cover the remaining six amplifiers in the premium tier, comprehensive comparison charts, speaker matching, system-building recommendations, and the verdict.

Can you buy a genuinely capable integrated amplifier today for between $250 and $2,500? Is there real audiophile life at the entry-level Hi-Fi tier? Unequivocally, yes - and the latest engineering makes it possible to achieve outstanding results at sensible prices. The challenge lies elsewhere: this segment is extraordinarily crowded, the number of models is overwhelming, and separating the worthwhile from the mediocre without getting lost is no small task. We have therefore analysed eighteen amplifiers across the sector and assembled a thorough encyclopedia of affordable integrated amplifiers.

NAD Electronics announced that the NAD C 700 and C 700 V2 streaming integrated amplifiers (BluOS platform) are now certified by Dirac for the Dirac Live room correction system. This includes the first-generation NAD C 700 model, introduced in 2021.

NAD Electronics has updated two models in its top Masters line - the NAD M33 V2 Network Amplifier with BluOS and the NAD M23 V2 Stereo Power Amplifier.

The new NAD CI SA2-120 BluOS streaming integrated amplifier is a part of CI Modular Series, and offers high power with minimal dimensions - 1/3 width x 1U height. The model uses DirectDigital digital amplification with built-in thermostatic cooling, allowing installation of the amp in a professional rack and offers a power of 2 x 120 W. The platform also allows switching to a 4 x 60 W configuration and the use of an additional pair of outputs with Dynamic Load Management system.
