Cayin is the audio brand of Zhuhai Spark Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd., a Chinese company founded in 1993 in Zhuhai, Guangdong. It built its name on vacuum tube amplifiers, which remain its core work, and grew into a maker of complete home systems covering sources, DACs, integrated and separate amplifiers and speakers. In 2013 it moved into personal audio, and it now also produces digital audio players, portable amplifiers, desktop units and in-ear monitors for a worldwide market.
