The new Graham Audio LS5/8 monitor is a passive 2–way speaker with one pair of terminals for rack mounting, designed in a traditional thin-walled enclosure with bitumen-treated plywood walls and custom-made drivers.
The updated BBC LS 5/9 was created by the notorious Derek Hughes, scrupulously preserving the original design using modern materials. The monitor is based on a brand new 8-inch polypropylene midrange/woofer on a cast aluminum frame.
This is a redesigned version of the LS 5/5 model with the same tweeter and midrange driver, but a reduced bass.
The model is designed to fill medium and large spaces with sound. The frequency range is from 37 to 18,000 Hz.
Graham Audio LS5/5 are three—way speakers of small or medium size, with a reflex bass/midrange driver connected to a tweeter. They can be mounted on a rack and positioned as far away from adjacent walls as possible.
The Graham Audio LS5/5f is a speaker system that was first developed for the BBC in 1967, and received an update in 2022.
The Graham Audio LS5/8 is a two—way monitor with a bass reflex design. Equipped with a unique 12-inch bass/midrange driver and a 34mm Audax tweeter. The case is made of birch plywood and solid wood.
The Graham Audio C5/9f was developed by Derek Hughes based on the iconic BBC LS5/9 model, which was redesigned as a floor mount. Frequency response is extended by 5 Hz "down", additional case damping is added
Graham Audio LS8/1 — three-way rack monitors with acoustic bass reflex design. The weight of one column is 17 kg, the dimensions are 63.5 x 30 x 30 cm. The claimed range is 45 Hz — 20 kHz, sensitivity is 87 dB.
This is the outdoor version of the LS8/1 model. It retains all the advantages of its predecessor, but it has increased the volume, so it is much easier for speakers to reproduce basses.
VOTU has two 10" (254 mm) drivers that deliver bass from the very bottom up to 800 Hz, then a 3" soft dome emitter comes into play, covering the entire critical midrange range up to 4 kHz, and then a powerful 34 mm soft dome tweeter takes over. The MF dome is located above the tweeter to improve their integration.
