The Concert Legacy 11 heads the Concert Legacy family that Jamo presented at High End Vienna in June 2026 ahead of an August 2026 launch. It is one of two models in the range that take their cue from the original Concert 8 and Concert 11 of the mid-1990s, reworked by the Danish company after its sale in 2024. Assembly is in Denmark, and the European price is EUR 8,999 per pair.
Key specs that matter
The passive design splits the band three ways and uses a vented enclosure with five drive units, all from Scandinavian suppliers. Three 165 mm Scan-Speak woofers with wood fibre cones cover the bottom octaves, one 165 mm SEAS midrange with an aluminium and magnesium cone sits above them, and a 25 mm Scan-Speak tweeter completes the line-up. The crossover points are 250 Hz and 3 kHz. Jamo quotes 32 Hz to 21 kHz at the 3 dB limits and a 6 dB cut-off of 26 Hz, a sensitivity of 94 dB for 2.83 V at 1 m, and a nominal impedance of 4 ohm. Height including feet is 1207 mm, width 308 mm and depth 481 mm, and one speaker weighs 40 kg.
Engineering and use context
Jamo calls its enclosure layout DualCore. The cabinet holds two chambers, with the midrange and tweeter in a sealed upper section that is mechanically decoupled from the pressure inside the bass volume, and the maker specifies a 75 Shore A rubber layer as the isolating element between them. The woofers are mounted in a bottom section and load into down-firing ports, which the company says makes placement easier. A forward-leaning aluminium plinth, angled at four degrees, lifts the cabinet and leaves room for this underside bass loading. The veneer is real oak, the upper baffle is matte black and the lower baffle is gloss black. Onyx, Heritage and Northern Frost are the three finish choices, and a bi-wiring terminal panel is fitted at the back.
Pairing
The recommended amplifier range is 50 W to 250 W. The chosen amplifier should carry a rating for that low load from its maker. Jamo also lists a Concert Element SW10 subwoofer in the same launch, a sealed unit with a 250 mm long-throw driver and 150 W of class D power, and the Concert Legacy 8 standmount uses the same tweeter and midrange pairing. The revival is led by Cinemaster CEO Xiaodong Yang together with Thomas Li of Rayleigh Lab.
Alternatives
The Jamo Concert Legacy 9 is the compact tower in the Legacy line, using two woofers instead of three and a 1007 mm tall cabinet.
