The diaphragm is made of a sapphire composite material held by an imported LCP (liquid crystal polymer) surround, and a copper ring stabilization system is built into it. Engineering and use context

The cups are machined from high-density African zebrawood and sit in a CNC-machined frame of aviation-grade aluminium with gunmetal anodizing. A high-strength steel band covered with lamb leather rests on the head and spreads the load. Inside the cup, diamond-cut skeleton acoustic channels are machined to micron-level precision. The cups rotate, which helps when the headphone is laid flat or worn around the neck between sessions. The angled pads use inert foam, carry left and right markings and have vents at the top, and they enclose the ear inside a closed acoustic chamber, so the Peng suits shared spaces, late-night listening and monitoring tasks where leakage matters.
