Наушники — Noble Audio FoKus Prestige Encore

The FoKus Prestige Encore is a true wireless earphone from Noble Audio and the successor to the FoKus Prestige. Where the earlier model used one dynamic driver and two balanced armatures and offered call noise suppression only, the Encore adds a planar magnetic tweeter, hybrid active noise cancelling, newer codecs and smaller housings. Its list price is USD 699, against USD 599 for the original. Both the earpieces and the charging case are CNC-machined entirely from solid wood rather than carrying a wooden plate, so the grain of every unit differs.

Key specs that matter

Each earpiece holds four drivers - an 8 mm dynamic unit for the low range, two Knowles balanced armatures for the midrange and a 6 mm planar magnetic driver for the top octaves. The Bluetooth platform is the Snapdragon S3 Gen 1 running Bluetooth 5.4 with TrueWireless Mirroring and multipoint. Supported codecs are aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive, LDAC, AAC and SBC. A 65 mAh cell in each bud gives 10 hours of playback with ANC off or 7 hours with it on, and the 500 mAh case raises the total to 35 hours. Ten minutes of quick charging returns about two hours of listening, and the case charges over USB-C or on a Qi wireless pad.

Engineering and use context

Noble placed a triple-vented metal nozzle on the shell to stabilise airflow, and made the housing geometry smaller and lighter than on the first Prestige. Noise control combines hybrid ANC with a HearThrough mode, while calls use a dual-microphone array with cVc noise suppression. Audiodo Personal Sound integration runs a per-ear calibration and stores the resulting profile on the earphones themselves, so it follows them to any source. The Noble app adds a custom EQ, touch control remapping, over-the-air firmware updates and several interface languages. The single block of wood used for the case has a plastic insert at the base, four blue LEDs for charge status and a rear USB-C port. Six pairs of tips come in the box in XS, S and M sizes, split between single-bore and double-flange types, together with a pouch and a USB-A to USB-C lead.

Pairing

Phones and computers with LDAC or aptX Lossless support can use the higher-resolution links, while any Bluetooth device falls back to AAC or SBC. Multipoint keeps two sources connected at once.

Alternatives

The Noble FoKus Prestige is the earlier true wireless model with one dynamic driver and two balanced armatures per side.
