Tannoy

Tannoy Arden is the senior floorstanding model in the Legacy line. Equipped with a 15” Dual Concentric driver, this speaker system is able to impress the listener with its musicality and scale of the sound picture. The dense, sturdy, damped speaker housing is designed to combat resonances and improve bass. The acoustics are mounted on 8mm spikes.

The Tannoy Platinum F6 floorstanding speakers have a three-band configuration and can sound fairly large rooms. The speakers are made in an original finish, which provides a different outer coating for the lowest part, and its thin edging with a metallized insert.

Two identical 6.5-inch Loudspeakers are mounted on the front panel of the Tannoy Platinum F6, with a 25 mm tweeter located between them. The upper driver operates in the mid-frequency range, while the lowest one reproduces the bass.

Combined with the very high quality workmanship, this gives the Tannoy Platinum F6 a chic appearance and will fit well into the most refined interior. In addition, the speakers can be not only classic black, but also white, which simplifies their integration into the living space.

The Tannoy Super Gold Monitor 10 speakers feature 10-inch woofers that create an amazing atmosphere between saturated low frequencies and dense and responsive midrange and high frequencies.

The Tannoy Autograph Mini stands apart in the Prestige line due to its almost toy-like dimensions (height 345 mm), weight (4 kg) and internal volume (3.5 liters). However, as it will become clear later, the speaker's design and sound are by no means toy-like. Probably, in terms of price / size ratio, the model has left far behind all acoustic products of a similar level.

The Tannoy Super Gold Monitor 12 speakers feature 12-inch woofers that create an amazing atmosphere between saturated low frequencies and dense and responsive midrange and high frequencies.

The Tannoy Super Gold Monitor 15 speakers feature 15-inch woofers that deliver epic and incredible sound. They excel at any musical style that requires massive and sharp low frequencies, while keeping the critical midrange clear and detailed, and the treble silky smooth and delightful.

The Tannoy Canterbury GR is the younger brother of the Westminster model, equipped with the same 15” Dual Concentric driver, but with a much smaller body, which makes it possible to install these speakers in fairly small rooms.

The two-lane Tannoy Cheviot floor speaker from the Legacy line borrowed many technical solutions from the famous branded HPD monitor series, released in the 74th year of the last century. However, despite the external similarity, this floor lamp is not a direct copy of its predecessor, but is an evolutionary product that uses new technologies in addition to the old developments and has a new 12-inch coaxial Dual Concentric radiator withstanding a peak power of 500 watts.

Tannoy Kensington GR speakers with ALNICO magnetic system and Pepperpot waveguide now use an updated high-frequency diaphragm with a suspension made of Mylar material. Its use has made it possible to improve the attenuation characteristics and smooth the frequency response of acoustic systems in the medium-high frequency and high-frequency range.

The junior floor model Tannoy Stirling GR will be an excellent option for joining the Prestige GR reference top line. This speaker system has a more compact size than its older counterparts in the series. Its main advantages are the retro design of the 85—liter body and the high efficiency of the Dual Concentric Gold Reference radiator.

The Tannoy Stirling III LZ Special Edition speakers are based on the latest generation of the proprietary Dual Concentric speaker with the Alnico Magnet magnetic system, which combines a tweeter with a 2-inch aluminum-magnesium alloy dome and a 10-inch driver with a paper diffuser.

Turnberry GR is an illustration of the traditional approach of Tannoy when creating acoustic systems. The manufacture of speakers, housings, crossovers and final assembly are still carried out manually at the factory in Scotland. The business card of Tannoy, the Dual Concentric speaker used in Turnberry, has a diameter of 25 cm, and its diffuser is traditionally made of cellulose pulp of its own design.

The Westminster Royal GR is the flagship model of the Tannoy company among the classic two–lane floor lamps. Equipped with the largest, top-of-the-line 15” Dual Concentric driver, this speaker model is able to fill even a very large room with its signature sound.

The 530-liter Westminster Royal GR case is made of birch plywood and reinforced with internal struts using Differential Materials Technology. Finishes include oiled walnut veneer and hand-selected walnut root inserts. The sensitivity of 99 dB makes the acoustics compatible with both high-power transistor amplifiers and less powerful tube models. The stated lower limit of the bass range reaches 18 Hz.
