The Lindemann BL-20 loudspeakers combine such difficult-to-match qualities as compact size, high efficiency, and exceptional sonic resolution. They are hand-assembled in Germany and are, without exaggeration, the standard of quality in the audio industry.

The ceramic cones are exceptionally rigid and durable, yet extremely lightweight. Using ceramic cones, Lindemann's developers achieved an incredibly detailed, dynamic, and yet natural sound. It must be said that using these drivers presented a real challenge for the developers, as they place strict demands on speaker design and are unforgiving of any errors in crossovers or speaker enclosures.

The speaker's crossover has a very simple design. Unlike most other loudspeakers, where crossovers dictate the driver's transfer function (Butterworth, Bessel, etc.), the Lindemann BL-20's roll-off is determined by the driver's "natural" transfer function, modified using computer modeling techniques to achieve minimal phase distortion. The Lindemann BL-20's Intelligent Minimum Phase Crossover utilizes a single component in the midrange driver's signal chain and ensures optimal frequency and phase characteristics. As a result, Lindemann BL-20 speakers boast exceptional coherence and wide dispersion.

Lindemann places a great deal of emphasis on speaker enclosures. Numerous materials were tested during their development, examining parameters such as internal energy storage, resonance characteristics, internal damping, and more. The performance of traditional materials such as MDF, plywood, aluminum, and even stone was deemed unsatisfactory, forcing the company's specialists to develop their own multilayer composite material consisting of plywood, cork, and furniture-grade linoleum. This material is rigid, has good internal damping, and is relatively lightweight. Furthermore, the developed composite material stores virtually no energy, eliminating the so-called "delayed resonance" phenomenon. The amplifier's energy is directed toward music reproduction rather than being absorbed by the speaker cabinet material. As a result, the Lindemann BL-20 speakers are characterized by a powerful and balanced sound with exceptional resolution, even in the lower midrange and bass.

The Lindemann BL-20 speaker terminals are cryogenically treated and manufactured in Switzerland. The ribbon inductors are made in Germany by Mundorf. The speaker tweeters use audiophile-grade MR capacitors. The internal speaker wiring is completed with Lindemann's signature Kind of Blue cryogenically treated cable. Acoustic decoupling from the floor is achieved using special metal feet mounted on ceramic balls in acoustic wood stands. The speakers feature a bass-reflex design with the port facing downwards, allowing placement virtually anywhere in the room.

The Lindemann BL-20 front and rear panels are available in only one color option: charcoal black. The side panels offer a significantly richer color palette, with a choice of 12 exterior finishes.
