Wattson Audio is a Swiss maker of compact streaming components based in Préverenges near Lausanne and owned by CH Precision. The company began by providing design consultancy on digital audio and streaming to other high-end manufacturers before launching its own products, starting with the Emerson Digital network bridge and the Emerson Analog streaming player. Its current range is split into the Emerson and Madison series.

The Emerson series covers network playback in small boxes. Emerson Digital is a bridge that turns any DAC into a streaming source, and Emerson Analog is a standalone streaming music player. The Madison series is larger in scope. The Madison Streamer is a network DAC with two WM8742 converters in dual-mono configuration, playing PCM up to 32-bit/384 kHz and DSD256 over the network, with balanced XLR and RCA outputs and a headphone jack. Its 64-bit digital volume control works in 0.5 dB steps and was developed with CH Precision. The Madison LE Streamer is the flagship streaming DAC. The Madison Amplifier is a low-feedback class AB integrated with bipolar output devices, rated at 50 W per channel into 8 ohms and 120 W into 2 ohms. The Madison Phono accepts moving-magnet, moving-coil and DS Audio optical cartridges, and the Madison Power S is an external supply for the streamer and phono stage.

Wattson Audio was acquired by CH Precision and now draws on its parent's circuit design and manufacturing resources. The Madison Amplifier uses circuit ideas taken from CH Precision's reference amplifiers. Design and production are in Switzerland.
