Børresen 02 Silver Supreme Edition leaves nothing to chance and creates its own drivers.The mid- and low-frequency diaphragms are built according to the so-called "sandwich contract", when two layers of carbon fiber are glued together to make the diaphragm as rigid and light as possible. All of this is powered by powerful N52 neodymium magnets for maximum control and speed.

The technology behind the Z2 series consists of electronic components that are either borrowed from the 0 series, completely redesigned, or are innovative by-products resulting from extensive sound research activities.

The Z3 has two 8-inch bass drivers that are positioned closer to the floor of the room and therefore acoustically integrate much better into the room. The improved dynamic and deep bass range creates outstanding musical transparency, accentuated by a solid bass.

The Børresen Z3 Cryo Edition uses a closed ribbon tweeter, which is a completely new technical development. Sophisticated finite element methods have been applied to linearize and optimize the magnetic flux field to facilitate driver movement and ensure high efficiency and outstanding linearity.

The model uses one ribbon tweeter and three 5-inch Low-frequency/midrange Børresen M-series drivers without hardware.They are capable of voicing the frequency range from 30 Hz to 50,000 Hz.

The baskets of these speakers are made of zirconium by 3D printing. According to the developers, this material provides the required rigidity and is not subject to vibrations and resonances.

In the M6, the Børresen brand uses iron-free magnetic system drivers in all of its speaker systems.Their inductance is about ten times lower than that of conventional drivers. This exceptionally low inductance in the M6 has been further reduced to an unprecedented level – about 12 times lower than the inductance level of conventional iron-based drivers.

The Børresen X2 floorstanding loudspeakers use a proprietary ribbon tweeter, which is used by the rest of the X-series models. In addition, the new product features two 4.5-inch drivers with carbon diffusers, the same as in other X-series speakers.

The X3 dynamic head diffuser consists of three layers laminated into a single whole – two layers of carbon fiber with a layer of aramid honeycombs between them. As a result, it was possible to achieve high rigidity of the diffuser with a low weight of the movable structure.

The acoustic systems are based on all the knowledge gained during the creation of the M, 0 and Z series. This is why you will find components from these exclusive series in the Børresen X series, such as the brand new carbon fiber Spread-tow membrane, the famous Børresen band-pass tweeter, and the use of copper sheaths in the magnetic motor system.

Børresen C2 are equipped with a Børresen DCC5 Neo bass and midrange driver. This driver uses a neodymium magnet system with double copper caps to minimize electromagnetic resonance and induction. The DCC5 Neo is equipped with a three-layer diffuser made of aramid honeycomb core and a carbon fiber shell. The drivers are characterized by negligible resonance levels, which significantly increases the level of details.

The Børresen C3 speaker cabinets are made from a combination of reinforced wood composite and carbon fiber panels and are reinforced with 5 mm wooden braces, which optimizes structural integrity. The system operates in a semi-open mode at midrange frequencies.

The outdoor model T3 is equipped with two pairs of acoustic terminals, so they can be connected by beaming or biamping. The sound of the speakers can be optimized for the listening room using the active Aavik crossover, which can be found in various amplifiers of the related Aavik brand.

The T3 model is equipped with copper pole rings that are resistant to magnetic flux changes, while the Silver Supreme Edition models use silver pole rings for even greater conductivity, which further improves the resolution and transparency of the sound in the midrange.

The T5 model is offered in two versions: standard and Silver Supreme Edition (SSE). Both variants have speakers of the same caliber and a similar body design, but the key technological points in them are different.

The speakers of the Børresen T series are largely inspired by the Børresen M series and use many of the technologies implemented in the speakers of this series. The new products, which are decorated with piano lacquer, carbon fiber and natural wood veneer, combine refined aesthetics and uncompromising acoustic characteristics.
