The Aegir 2F is equipped with an optimized linear power supply unit with a powerful 600 mVA scanner and a 16-diode converter. The amplifier is capable of delivering 30 watts at 8 ohms and 50 watts at 4 ohms.
The amplifier develops 100 Watts in each channel when operating on a load with a nominal resistance of 8 ohms and 200 Watts with a load resistance of 4 ohms. When choosing a balanced connection, you can use the Schiit Vidar 2 as a monoblock. In this case, the component can output up to 400 watts to a load of 8 ohms.
The large terminal, Gjallarhorn, is ready to output up to 10 watts per channel to 8-ohm speakers. Its linear power supply is integrated into the case, as the amplifier is based on a larger chassis, familiar from the Jotunheim model.
