The Primare SC15 Prisma MK2 is a true all-rounder, combining the capabilities of a streamer (network player), DAC (digital-to-analog converter) and preamplifier.

The model received an upgraded circuit with an SRC chip. As an additional option, DoP output (DSD via PCM) is supported when using Roon Ready. MAC support with Doc support, MTA end-to-end transmission, and MTA with NAS support are also announced.

The PRIMARE CD15 CD player is equipped with a Philips CDM-M10 slot-type CD drive and an AKM AK4490 24-bit digital-to-analog converter with a sampling frequency of 192 kHz, which can process signals up to 384,000 Hz (PCM) and DSD128. The player supports the main standards MP3, CD, WAV, PCM, AIFF, FLAC, ALAC, MP3, MP4 (AAC), WMA, OGG and DSD.

The amplifier is equipped with its own network audio player and a DAC that supports files up to 384 kHz PCM and DSD128. The Primare I25 Prisma is built according to a modular scheme - it allows the installation of a DM35 DAC unit (AKM AK4497 chip with support for PCM 24/384 and DSD256 - this configuration is called the Primare I25 DAC). The Prisma streamer with a built-in Chromecast whistle is also installed at the user's request.

The separate compact CD transport PRIMARE DD15 is in a sense a simplified version of the PRIMARE CD 15. Without a built-in digital-to-analog converter and the ability to control via a connection, the DD15 is equipped with the same Philips CDM-M10 slot-type CD drive as the CD15, which is also well insulated from external vibrations.

CD35 Prisma is a full-fledged digital media source that provides CD playback, storage and playback of streaming music content, as well as wired and wireless connectivity and management capabilities. A state-of-the-art dedicated CD drive provides jitter-free digital signal transmission to a brand new DAC platform that uses the excellent eight-channel ESS Sabre chipset to convert this signal to analog and deliver it to a precisely tuned output stage.
