Everything is perfect with the technical part of the model: a powerful power supply with a toroidal transformer, an output power of 2 x 40 watts, an integrated network module with support for Apple AirPlay 2 and Chromecast, Spotify Connect, Qobuz, Tidal and Roon. The streamer works with resolutions of 32 bit / 384 kHz and DSD128. The DAC is built on a Burr-Brown chip

The streamer in the device has its own digital-to-analog converter and is capable of processing signals up to DSD128 and 32 bit / 384 kHz. There is a built-in CD drive that is capable of reading information at high speed, which significantly speeds up CD ripping.

Naim Uniti Nova is a network receiver with digital inputs. It is equipped with a Burr Brown digital-to-analog converter and can reproduce sound in Lossless and High Resolution formats with parameters up to 24 bit/ 384 kHz and DSD 64/128.

Like the original version of the player, the new model offers a large number of connection options. For digital sources, there are two groups of optical (up to 24 bit/96 kHz) and coaxial (up to 24 bit/192 kHz, DSD 64) inputs, one BNC (up to 24 bit/192 kHz, DSD 64) and HDMI inputs. There is also a USB-A input on the front and back for connecting external storage devices and a headphone output for individual listening on the front.

Balanced outputs on four-pin XLR and Pentaconn are provided for connecting headphones, and there is also a regular socket for 6.35 mm plugs. Built-in music services include Qobuz, TIDAL and Spotify, integration into streaming multi-room installations is possible thanks to support for AirPlay 2 and Chromecast built-in, the model also has a Roon Ready certificate.

The Naim Cd5i uses the Burr Brown PCM1793 chip as a DAC player, which is very similar in structure to the chip used in the NDX device (a High-end audio streaming player). In addition, the CD5si player uses a more stable master oscillator for the DAC, higher-voltage power circuits, an improved analog filter, a new CD transport and optics.

Naim ND 555 is the Naim reference network player. The ND 555 features a 40-bit SHARC signal processor, a copper substructure on the suspension to isolate sensitive circuits from vibrations, and an external unit for the purest power supply.

NSS 333 supports the latest streaming platforms (Spotify connect, Apple Music, TIDAL, TIDAL Connect and Qobuz) and allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations. Support for AirPlay2, Chromecast, UPnP™, Roon Ready and Bluetooth® aptX technologies simplifies audio transmission from a smartphone or tablet, ensuring its high quality. And the finishing touch is compatibility with multiroom systems for home speakers with the ability to connect multiple Naim devices.

The NAC 332 uses a volume control architecture designed for top-end Statement components. The regulator is implemented on reed relays that switch a bank of high-precision permanent resistors. This ensures excellent sound quality. In addition, the Naim Audio NAC 332 has the ability to change the sensitivity of each input and set the maximum possible volume level.

Like any device in the flagship 500 series, the Naim NAC 552 does not contain compromise or half-hearted solutions. Its two-body design with a separate housing for the power supply protects well from electromagnetic interference, and looks in the classic Naim style. The Naim Nait XS 3 integrated amplifier significantly surpasses the previous models of the series in all key indicators. The NAP 350 combines perfectly with the NSS 333 streamer and the NAC 332 preamp to create a complete system. The NAP 350 is a pure Class AB linear amplifier powered by fully adjustable DR power supplies, delivering 175 watts at 8 ohms and 345 watts at 4 ohms. It can deliver peak power of up to 1.7 kW to control impedance failures of complex speaker crossover circuits. The input is via a balanced XLR connector, which ensures industry-wide compatibility.

The main board of the device is very high-quality and resistant to resonance phenomena. The NAP 250 uses output transistors specially designed for the NAP 500. Each of these high-quality transistors can withstand up to 80 amps and 350 watts, which eliminates the need to use paired transistors (because this always negatively affects the sound quality). In addition, the 007 transistors are used in a fully regulated power supply, which guarantees the highest performance.
