The ToneWinner TY-i2PRO is a full-width network music player with its own DAC and balanced analog outputs from the Guangzhou company ToneWinner. It runs an Android-based system with built-in music apps, plays files from local drives and network storage, and outputs to either an amplifier or an external DAC.

ToneWinner chose the AKM chipset pairing the AK4191EQ with the AK4499EXEQ. The XLR output suits an integrated or preamplifier with balanced inputs, whereas both RCA pairs serve conventional gear. Anyone keeping an existing converter may take the S/PDIF signal from either digital socket and treat the TY-i2PRO purely as a transport and library server. The internal disk bay removes the need for a separate NAS in a single-room system. Since the operating system allows further applications to be installed, services that are not preloaded can be added later, and the HDMI link lets the library be browsed on a TV screen rather than only on the front display.
