Eversolo T8 – Network Transport with Femtosecond Oscillator

Eversolo has released the Eversolo T8 streaming transport. The model is housed in a CNC-milled aluminum case and uses an ultra-precision femtosecond oscillator, minimizing jitter and ensuring accurate time synchronization. Eversolo T8 is powered by a linear power supply with a noise level of 30 μV.

The model also sports a toroidal transformer with 4N oxygen-free copper windings and Teflon-insulated connections for improved shielding. For switching with DACs, the Eversolo T8 transport is equipped with IIS, USB, AES / EBU and coaxial outputs. Each output is further optimized to reduce interference, ground loops and jitter. For network connectivity, the Eversolo T8 transport is equipped with an optical SFP module and a gigabit RJ45 Ethernet port. The component also supports Wi-Fi 6 wireless networks.

Two slots for SSD drives supporting up to 16 TB are not forgotten either. A quad-core ARM processor, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal memory are responsible for performance. Eversolo T8 has built-in TIDAL, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Deezer and TuneIn Radio clients, supports TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, is Roon Ready certified and works with formats up to DSD512, PCM 32 bit / 768 kHz.

The cherry on the cake is the Evotune system for sound correction depending on the acoustic characteristics of the room based on FIR algorithms. Calibration is carried out using the Eversolo EM-01 microphone or a smartphone. Additional tools include: a 10-band PEQ module, import of FIR filters, volume control (loudness). The Eversolo T8 Network Transport is available now with a suggested retail price of $1,380 USD or €1,380 EUR.
